Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by PrimeTime Vallejo Roofs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
Services Provided
PrimeTime Vallejo Roofs provides professional roofing services including repair, replacement, installation, inspection, maintenance, and emergency services for residential and commercial properties in Vallejo, CA and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the terms outlined in individual service agreements.
We provide estimates and quotes based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final costs may vary based on unforeseen conditions discovered during the work, material availability, or changes you request to the original scope of work.
Scheduling and Cancellations
When you schedule a service with us, we commit our team and resources to your project. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling costs.
We will make every effort to arrive during your scheduled appointment window. However, weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances may require us to reschedule. We will notify you as soon as possible if changes are needed.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work on larger projects. Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Past due balances may be subject to late fees and collection costs. If legal action is required to collect payment, you agree to pay all reasonable attorney fees and court costs.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Your specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement and vary depending on the type of service and materials used. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and will be provided when applicable.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by severe weather events, lack of proper maintenance, modifications made by others, or normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period. To maintain your warranty, you must follow any maintenance recommendations we provide.
Liability Limitations
PrimeTime Vallejo Roofs carries appropriate insurance for our business operations. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property, damage caused by hidden defects we could not reasonably discover, or problems resulting from work performed by others.
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe access to your property and the work area. Please ensure pets are secured and notify us of any hazards on your property. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during our work, but you should remove or protect any valuable or fragile items in the work area.
For your safety and ours, please keep children and unauthorized persons away from the work area. Roofing work involves heavy materials, tools, and working at heights, which can be dangerous.
Permits and Regulations
When required, we will obtain necessary permits for the work we perform. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the work complies with any homeowner association rules, deed restrictions, or other property-specific requirements. Please inform us of any such restrictions before work begins.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to resolving any problems fairly and promptly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to the laws of the State of California and the jurisdiction of courts in Solano County.
